MyGigAgent is a product operated by MealBoost LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to the MyGigAgent website, waitlist, beta programs, messaging flows, automations, and related services we make available from time to time.
By accessing or using MyGigAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use MyGigAgent only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use the service where you live. If you use MyGigAgent on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.
MyGigAgent provides AI-assisted task execution, planning, communications, scheduling, research, nutrition-related planning support, and other workflow assistance. Features may change, improve, be limited, or be discontinued at any time, particularly during beta periods.
The service may generate summaries, recommendations, drafts, or actions based on the information you provide and the systems you authorize us to access.
MyGigAgent may be offered as a beta or limited-release product. Beta services can contain bugs, interruptions, delays, incomplete features, and changing functionality. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any specific task, integration, or feature will always be supported.
You are responsible for the information, instructions, and approvals you provide. You agree not to provide misleading information, unauthorized payment methods, or credentials you do not have the right to use.
You are also responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them when the matter could affect money, legal rights, health, travel, taxes, employment, or other material decisions.

Any nutrition, meal-planning, grocery, or wellness-related output is for general informational and lifestyle support purposes only. MyGigAgent and MealBoost LLC do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.
You should consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional before acting on guidance that could affect a medical condition, allergy, medication, pregnancy, eating disorder, or other health concern.
MyGigAgent may rely on third-party platforms, payment tools, messaging channels, booking providers, email providers, or external APIs. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
If you connect outside accounts or ask MyGigAgent to act through third-party systems, you authorize us to process your instructions within the scope of the permissions you grant.
By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree that we may send you service-related messages, onboarding communications, operational notices, and other transactional communications by email, messaging apps, or other contact methods you provide.
Any paid plans, beta pricing, pilot terms, enterprise terms, refunds, or billing conditions will be disclosed at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered or reserved for you.
MyGigAgent, including the website, branding, software, workflows, and related materials, is owned by MealBoost LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGigAgent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealBoost LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of MyGigAgent.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to MyGigAgent at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the relevant feature or service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of MyGigAgent after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
